⚫️Quantum technology is technology that works using the smallest particles of an atom. With the help of which maximum data and information can be processed in a very short time. Because of which it can become a threat to cyber space.
As
It will be easy to break encrypted data.
Any type of cyber security can be breached.
Due to which external security can become a threat to economic security along with internal security.
And a person's privacy can also be violated using quantum technology.
Therefore, to deal with all these problems properly, India needs an integrated policy.
As
Development of quantum resistance technology.
To promote the development of cyber space physical infrastructure of India.
Promotion of Cyber Forensic Lab.
To promote cooperation with the countries of the world in this field.
Efforts being made by India in this field
The Army has collaborated with industry and academia to build secure communications and cryptography applications.
• This step builds on last year’s initiative to establish a quantum computing laboratory at the military engineering institute in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh.
The Union Budget 2020-21 had proposed to spend Rs 8,000 crore on the newly launched National Mission on Quantum Technologies and Applications.
Eventually, this can help establish a nationwide communication network integrated with quantum cryptographic systems, thereby protecting cyberspace from any cross-border quantum cyber offensive.
• Finally, diplomatic partnerships with other countries with top technology sectors, advanced economies can help India pool resources and mitigate emerging quantum cyber threats.

क्वान्टम प्रौद्योगिकी ऐसी प्रौद्योगिकी है जो परमाणु के सूक्ष्मतम कणों का उपयोग कर काम करती है। जिसकी मदद से ज्यादा से ज्यादा डेटा व इंफोर्मेशन को बहुत ही कम समय में प्रोसेस किया जा सकेगा। जिसके कारण से यह साइबर स्पेस के लिए खतरा बन सकती है ।
जैसे
इंक्रिप्टेड डाटा को तोड़ने में आसानी होगी।
किसी भी प्रकार के साइबर सुरक्षा को तोड़ा जा सकता है।
जिससे बाह्य सुरक्षा आंतरिक सुरक्षा के साथ आर्थिक सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा बन सकता है।
और क्वांटम प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग कर व्यक्ति के निजता का हनन भी किया जा सकता है।
अतः इन सभी समस्याओं से उचित रूप से निपटने के लिए भारत को एकीकृत नीति कि आवश्यकता है।
जैसे
क्वान्टम रेजिस्टेंस टेक्नोलॉजी का विकास करना।
भारत के साइबर स्पेस भौतिक अवरंचना के विकास को बढ़ावा देना।
साइबर फोरेंसिक लैब को बढ़ावा देना।
इस क्षेत्र में विश्व के देशों के साथ सहयोग को बढ़ावा देना।
भारत द्वारा इस क्षेत्र में किए जा रहे प्रयास
• केंद्रीय बजट 2020-21 में क्वांटम प्रौद्योगिकियों और अनुप्रयोगों पर नए लॉन्च किए गए राष्ट्रीय मिशन पर 8,000 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने का प्रस्ताव किया गया था।
• सेना ने सुरक्षित संचार और क्रिप्टोग्राफी अनुप्रयोगों के निर्माण के लिए उद्योग और शिक्षा जगत के साथ सहयोग किया है।
• यह कदम मध्य प्रदेश के महू में सैन्य इंजीनियरिंग संस्थान में क्वांटम कंप्यूटिंग प्रयोगशाला स्थापित करने की पिछले साल की पहल पर आधारित है।
• आखिरकार, यह क्वांटम क्रिप्टोग्राफ़िक सिस्टम के साथ एकीकृत एक राष्ट्रव्यापी संचार नेटवर्क स्थापित करने में मदद कर सकता है, जिससे साइबर स्पेस को किसी भी सीमा-पार क्वांटम साइबर हमले से बचाया जा सके।
